How does it work? At the moment I have a promotional challenge. You can get on my FREE challenge with no strings attached. 


For 14 days I will touch base with you constantly to help you stay on track and help you get through a gym program that you can use and make your own in future. 

If you consider working out but have no idea what to do next ,this is a perfect opportunity to get some guidance at NO COST.

I have been a PT for almost 10 years, at the moment working as a self-employed PT @ Puregym Merrion, Leeds.
I am also a Sport Nutritionist with a strong Sport Science background. 

I leave no stone unturned! My coaching includes the gym gig but also nutrition and mindset coaching.


 

What is the objective of the challenge? What are we aiming for?

ADHERENCE. Y
ou will be aiming at 7-8 workouts during 2 weeks. In this period you will learn what to do around the gym floor and how to get the most out of your workout.

In parallel with this I will help you set up goals and plan your workouts, while giving you an introduction in nutrition for your goal and health.

Furthermore, if you are based at same gym with me we will do a brief tutorial on how to use your app and how to make the most out of it.

  • Is this really free of charge?

     

        YES and at no point you need submit payment details to sign up.

  • Is the programe personalised ?

       YES, there is goal questionnaire when you first login. This will set the pace. 

  • To what extent is nutrition coaching included?

       The nutrition coaching is general, however this doesn't mean you cannot ask                                   specific questions.

  • Can I quit whenever I want?

      YES. There is absolutely no obligation or contract.

  • What happens after the 14 days period?

     I will explain you personally how to progress your program (FREE OF CHARGE)  

     and help you explore your next move.
